Levi and Kathryn Reynolds are passionate about their work, and that’s a good thing for their clients.  They approach each project as if it was their own, and in their opinion, it is. 

For Levi it all began at an early age.  His parents supplemented their incomes by renovating older homes throughout the Flathead Valley and later using them as rental properties.  As for Levi, his interest in carpentry became a life long passion.  His skills in construction trades continued to expand as job opportunities throughout the Flathead Valley incorporated every stage of the construction process, from concrete labor to finish carpentry.  Levi’s studies earned him a bachelor's degree in Organizational and Construction Management.  His experiences in the military as an Engineering Aid for the U.S. Navy Seabees took him throughout the United States, Japan and Pakistan. 

Kathryn attended the University of Northern Colorado earning a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology specializing in Fitness Management and Rehabilitation.  During this time Kathryn also gained experience while working for her parents in the construction of their homes in both Montana and Colorado.  Her fascination of the design process and being a part of the finishing touches that "make a house a home" have developed into effective skills that she contributes to the services Pioneer offers. 

 

Levi and Kathryn grew up as family friends, playing in sandboxes and spending summers up at Ashley Lake with their families.  Their relationship grew from friends to high school sweethearts.  After they were married in 2006, the couple spent some time in Gulfport, MS where Levi completed his military contract.  Levi and Kathryn then moved to Butte, MT where Levi gained further experience as a construction inspector and site operator for one of the largest mining reclamation projects in the country.  After three years of living in Butte and working around hundreds of residential and commercial projects throughout the state, Levi relocated his wife Kathryn and their daughter Bailey back “home” to enjoy the Flathead Valley and all that it has to offer.
